Naturlich was a pleasure to work with. They had multiple hardwood floor selections and provided expert advice for kitchen floors. We had a bamboo floor that failed at early age. We installed a new beautiful hickory floor which had light colors and hardness. The company was very helpful and fast with scheduling and on-site work. We love the floor and get many compliments from guests.

This is a company like companies “used to be.” Real humans, honest communication, real customer care. We had an issue with the type of carpet we ordered that they resolved immediately. So much prefer working with local friendly people than robots and big corporations!

Simply outstanding describes our experience with Hendricksen’s! Mike was in charge of our project and his calm, kind, professional, confident and attentive demeanor let us know we were in good hands. Jose and Luis are truly excellent craftsmen, as well as easy and accomodating to work with. They were able to repair our oak floor by replacing termite and water damaged boards and sanding out burn and wear marks. They filled and refilled, sanded and refinished, and now our living room and kitchen look as good as new. You will be in good hands as their goal is to have happy satisfied customers, and we are! We couldn’t be happier! The quality of the cork, the precision and professionalism of the installers, and the support, guidance and advice from Rob and his crew was world class. As foodies who spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking and eating, It makes such a difference to have a floor that is warm and also and so comfortable and soft to stand on, even in bare feet. Wish we had done this years ago.

I love my new carpets and floors! Rob was great to work with, provided insight and advice and patiently worked with me until we landed on the perfect flooring solutions for my home. Very friendly, knowledgeable and “got” me. After a couple visits, we landed on a beautiful wool carpet for the living room and wood flooring for then office kitchen and sun porch that fit my style and budget. Sasha and the team at the shop were cheery, responsive and easy to work with. The installer crews were top notch. I can easily recommend Hendrickson highly.
